Today, I would
like to present my recipe for cold cheesecake.
Ingredients:

A
kilo of cheese natural in a bucket without additives (ex. sugar)

ml of a 30% cream

package of vanilla sugar with real vanilla

half of cup of powdered sugar

heaped tablespoons of gelatin

package of frozen strawberries

strawberry jellies
Directions:
Dissolve gelatine
in ½ glass of hot water, set aside until it cools to room temperature. Prepare
jelly in a small bowl according to packet directions and set aside until jelly
starts to thicken. Using an electric mixer beat sour cream until smooth. Add cheese
natural and mix together with cream. Gradually add sugar and vanilla sugar and
mix it again. When gelatine has cooled down, pour it into mixed mass and mix
again until combined. Pour whole mass into a cake pan, put strawberries on the
top and refrigerate. When jelly is ready then pour it over refrigerated base
with strawberries and refrigerate until set.
Because homemade is better :)
