Good heart



The heart is not only a symbol of love but also of life. If you want to be healthy and feel good, you must take good care of yourself, so how correctly care about heart?
-        In the first place, it is necessary to avoid stress, because it destroys our heart.
-        You should exercise systematically, for example: walk up the stairs instead taking the lift.
-     Moreover, you need to follow a good, healthy diet. What does it mean? Our heart doesn’t like cholesterol, alcohol, cigarettes and the others stimulants. The healthy diet should be rich in vegetable fat (for example: the fish, the nuts, the linseed oil, the olive oil, etc). Omega 3 are very important to our heart. What’s more, we should eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.
It is necessary to care about your heart, because it beats not only for you :)
